Specifications

1. We prefer:
   
   • PDF files: high resolution (at least 300 dpi)--with photos that were originally shot at 300 or higher dpi;
   • TIFFs and JPEGs: high resolution (300 dpi).
   • CMYK color (no RGB); embedded fonts. (NOTE: Make sure you save the original file in which the ad was created in case you need to make changes.) Please do not use ICC color profiles when saving your ad as a pdf.
2. Digital photos should have a 300 dpi resolution.
3. Emailed ads: please name the file you send us your community’s name (e.g., sistersofthepoor.pdf) or your VISION account number (e.g., 305.tif). Ads may also be uploaded through the Online Ad Reservation Form.
4. Web icons/logos: 72 dpi gif or jpeg preferred.
5. Web ads: 72 dpi; sized to specs outlined on rate card. No flash ads, please convert to animated gifs.
