PRINT AD CLOSING DATE

• Reserve your ad space before March 31, 2025.
• Send in all materials by April 30, 2025.
• Copies ship August 1, 2025.
  
  

WEB & E-VOCATION AD CLOSING DATES

• Reserve your website or E-Vocation newsletter ad space at any time
• Send in materials at least two weeks prior to start of run of your ad 
• Ads run a year from the date they are posted (One ad may be substituted for another of the same size throughout the run, e.g. 6 months with one ad 6 months with another.)

TERMS AND DISCOUNTS

Web advertisers who also purchase a print ad receive a 20% discount on the cost of their web ad!

Please remit invoices within 30 days of receipt unless special payment plans are approved. Fifteen percent agency discount is granted to recognized agencies when an invoice is paid within 30 days.

Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover payments accepted.

Advertisers canceling after the May 15, 2025 may be subject to a 5 percent cancellation fee.
