Valentine's Day is a great time to share and show our love and appreciation for our families and friends. Today I think about the New Testament reading from St. Paul to the Corinthians in which he writes, "and now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love" (1 Corinthians 13:13). How true! And what a great example Christ was in teaching us about unconditional selfless love.
Christ showed us how to love and although at times, this task can be difficult, today is a great reminder for us, to express how much we love and appreciate those who are most important in our lives. Even in times of struggle and hardship, just remember that you are loved and you are a gift from God. Today, make it a point to say "I love you" to those people in your lives that are special.
But enough of the sappy love stuff, let's get to the real reason why you are here...naturally for the music of course! Cupid better watch out because this playlist will get you in the loving mood. Since today is a Valentine's Day and there is just an overwhelming surplus of love songs out in the world, I have chosen 15 of my favorite love songs.
