Daylesford Abbey is a small Norbertine Community of 20 members. We follow the Rule of St. Augustine in trying to be “One mind and one heart” on the way to God. Our mission is to enrich the Church by our Norbertine communio (community) nourished by contemplation on God’s word, made visible in worship and service within the local church. Our Abbey is a liturgical and spiritual center nestled in a wooded area in Paoli, PA. Our community gathers with the laity several times a day to celebrate the Eucharist and the Liturgy of the Hours. Our services include sacramental ministry in local parishes, spiritual direction, chaplaincies, outreach to the homeless and migrant workers.
