Fuel the Body - Fuel the Soul
Sisters share one of their favorite simple and healthy food dishes with the participants. During her demonstration, the individuals will hear a little bit about the Sister Chef. The second component of the event consists of a sister sharing a spiritual nugget with the participant. This many be in the form of a reflection, story, or prayer practice. There will be opportunities to interact with the presenters and participants.
