How to use Vocation Match
Things to think about
When you choose a vocation, you are deciding in practical terms how you want to spend your days. Consider what living conditions, prayer styles, and daily work you find most satisfying and are best suited for. Take into account your personality, talents, and preferences.
Your current state of mind
Organizations have varied lifestyles and ministries, so you will always have opportunities for change and growth. For now, answer the Vocation Match questions based on your current preferences.
Match questions
You'll be asked a series of questions that will help you gain insight into your vocation and match you with compatible religious organizations. Go through the Match as many times as you’d like. There is no obligation to send your profile to anyone -- although we encourage you to do so!

Contact the organizations you've matched with
If you've completed your Match questions and have not sent your profile to any organizations, you're missing out on one of the most powerful aspects of VISION Vocation Match. There are hundreds of religious organizations affiliated with VISION, and many of them want to hear from you.
No commitment implied
Don't worry, sending a organization your profile does not imply a commitment of any sort. It's just a way to start a conversation and learn more about the organization.
Modify and filter your results
Go through the Match as many times as you’d like and see how your results change. Some key Match questions can be temporarily modified using the Filter box on the left side of the Results page.
Saving your profile
Be sure to use the Next and/or Previous buttons before leaving a page and your answers will be saved. When you log out and log back in your match profile will show your answers from the previous session.
You may also send a copy of your profile to yourself from the "My VISION" page.
